Job DescriptionFlexographic Press Operator - recent experience is requiredTemp-to-Hire Opportunity! Sharonville/Evendale area$22-25/hr. starting pay, depending on experience + quarterly profit sharing (last year was an extra ~$6K!)Great benefits once converted to a FT employee!1st shift - 6:30am-3:30pm – 42.5 hrs. weekly, get 2.5 hours of overtime weekly!Summary:
- Review job specifications
- Collect and verify all materials stated on job specification sheet to complete the run.
- Clean ink off rollers and press,
- Observing press is clear of obstacles.
- Adjust settings on computer software for press specifications and quality needs.
- Examine plates, ink colors, stock, and other items to produce accurate labels.
- Mount plates and die in correct position and feed as stated on job specification sheet.
- Pour and refill the inks into the correct ink pans to maintain optimal running conditions and ink levels.
- Ensure smooth operation and timely pace of production line to meet restrictions and deadlines.
- Troubleshoot and communicate and relay information down the line that will affect quality.
- Position requires standing and moving around work area for long periods of time.
- Record usage of all materials on job ticket and Daily Production Form
- Record times for each job on Daily Time Sheet.
- Update plate file jacket
- Other related duties as assigned based on experience & skills.
This position may require occasional overtime based on business needs and deadlines.
