Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A K-12 school in Cleveland, OH, is seeking two experienced school psychologists to join their team on a contract basis through the current school year, ending June 3, 2026. This role offers an opportunity to provide psychological services to a diverse caseload of students in grades K-5, including those with various disabilities in both general education and special education settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments for students with diverse learning and behavioral needs.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and intervention plans.
- Provide counseling and support services to students to address academic, emotional, and social challenges.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the design of school-wide behavioral and mental health programs.
- Maintain accurate records and reports consistent with district and state guidelines.
Desired Qualifications:
- Certification or licensure as a school psychologist.
- Experience working with K-5 students across general and special education.
- Ability to manage a caseload effectively within one or two buildings.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of state and federal special education regulations.
