APARTMENT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Location: Kno-Ho-Co-Ashland CAC Affordable Housing – Open PT positions in Ashland and Knox Counties

Status: Regular Part Time

Description: Responsible for all phases of maintenance of the apartment community.

Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); with on-hands experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, drywall and general maintenance
