You'll be part of a 3-person maintenance team at a large 379-unit affordable housing property. Responsibilities and Duties

Make repairs on plumbing and electrical systems

Troubleshoot and repair appliances

Handle HVAC maintenance and repairs

Work closely with a 3-person maintenance team

Provide a high level of service and support to tenants

Be available for on-call emergency work every third week
Qualifications and Skills

1+ years of building maintenance/handyman experience

Experience with plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs

HVAC experience preferred

Active driver's license and access to a vehicle

Available for full-time schedule (9 am-5 pm, Monday-Friday)

Comfortable working on-call for emergencies
