Consolidated Employer Services - Full Time

Consolidated Employer Services is seeking a compassionate and driven Clinical Therapist for one of our clients to provide high-quality clinical services to adults diagnosed with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. This position offers daytime hours with some evening availability as needed and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in clients' lives.

Position Summary

The Clinical Therapist delivers comprehensive therapeutic services in a fast-paced, client-centered environment. The role includes direct clinical care, documentation, care coordination, and participation in program development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical services including diagnostic assessments, individual and group counseling, case management, and crisis intervention

  • Develop and complete diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, crisis and safety plans, progress notes, and discharge/transition plans accurately and on time

  • Maintain complete and compliant clinical documentation in accordance with quality improvement and billing standards

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to coordinate client care

  • Educate clients on available community resources and make appropriate referrals

  • Support program development and planning as assigned

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities with clients, colleagues, and community partners

  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams

  • Highly organized with strong time-management and prioritization skills

  • Comfortable managing multiple clients in a fast-paced environment

  • Self-motivated, dependable, and committed to helping others

  • Skilled in decision-making, problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution

  • Ability to relate to and communicate effectively with individuals from diverse socioeconomic backgrounds
