The Fountain Square location is open for lunch Monday - Friday, with occasional evening or weekend shifts based on conventions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Employee training & coaching
- Unloading truck shipments
- Food preparation
- Assisting with scheduling
- Customer service
- Cleaning & sanitizing
- Ordering and inventory management
- Upholding company initiatives
- POS system management
- Other various operational responsibilities
Supervisory Responsibilities
This job has no direct supervisory responsibilities, but could indirectly manage and train Salad Enthusiasts.
Education and/or Experience
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- 2 or more years of customer service experience, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Previous leadership or training experience preferred
- Positive attitude
- Ability to function well in a high-paced environment
