Position Overview:
Were seeking a skilled Lead Commercial HVAC Service Technician to diagnose and repair a wide range of commercial HVAC systems. Be part of an exciting team driven by excellence! If youre a hands-on problem-solver with experience in boilers, chillers, packaged units, and commercial large scale refrigeration, we want you to join our family.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with commercial HVAC systems, including boilers, chillers, packaged units, and refrigeration equipment.
  • Perform repairs and maintenance to ensure optimal system performance and efficiency.
  • Conduct routine inspections and identify potential issues before they escalate.
  • Provide excellent customer service by communicating findings and solutions clearly.
  • Help younger technicians to learn sophisticated equipment and processes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a commercial HVAC technician, with expertise in boilers, chillers, packaged units, and refrigeration systems.
  • Strong technical skills in diagnosing and repairing various HVAC equipment.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
  • EPA Certification required.

Job Type:
Full-time
Pay:
$50+ based on experience
Benefits:

Schedule:

  • 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday
  • On-call availability as needed
  • 40+ hours per week

Supplemental Pay:

  • Overtime pay: 1.5 nights and weekends 2x Sunday and Holiday
  • Performance-based bonuses

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

  • Commercial HVAC: 10+ years (required)

License/Certification:

  • Valid Drivers License (required)
  • EPA Certification (required)
