Job Description

General Labor 4-Day Work Week

$15/hour | MondayThursday, 7:00am5:00pm

(Potential overtime available Fridays)

Join our team as a General Laborer and enjoy a steady schedule with a 3-day weekend most weeks! Youll assist in batch preparation, material handling, and packaging while keeping production running smoothly.

What Youll Do:

Prep and clean up mixing batches
Move materials to staging areas for production setup
Clean mixers, parts, and mixing cans according to procedures
Assist with labeling, packaging, and material handling
Work under guidance of senior operators to ensure consistent, accurate production

What Were Looking For:

Ability to read, write, and do basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide)

Able to follow written and verbal instructions (SOPs, batch records, policies)

Good interpersonal skills to work well with others

Dependable and eager to learn
