Fabricator – Temp to Hire

A fabrication company is currently hiring Fabricators for temp-to-hire positions at their Columbus, Ohio facility. This is a great opportunity for skilled fabricators looking for steady work, competitive pay, and long-term potential with a well-established fabrication shop.
Job Details
- Position: Fabricator several openings
- Location: Columbus, OH 43223
- Start Date: ASAP
- Duration: Temp to Hire
- Schedule:

- 40 hours per week
- Monday – Friday
- 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available
- Standard shift: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay
- $25 – $35 per hour, based on experience
Scope of Work / Qualifications
- Fabrication experience with the ability to read and interpret blueprints and prints
- 3–5 years of fabrication experience preferred
- Proficiency in:

- TIG welding
- MIG welding
- Metal polishing
- Experience bending, rolling, and cutting metal preferred
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn additional skill sets
Requirements
- Must pass a basic background check
- Must pass a 5-panel drug screen
