What You'll Do
- Set up and operate CNC milling machines
- Read blueprints and follow tight aerospace tolerances
- Inspect parts using precision measuring tools
- Adjust tooling, offsets, and troubleshoot as needed
- Maintain quality, safety, and production standards
What You Need
- Prior CNC milling experience required
- Ability to read engineering drawings
- Strong attention to detail and quality mindset
- Experience in aerospace machining highly preferred
