Automotive Parts Associate:
We are currently seeking an Automotive Parts Associatet to join our team at The Hinderer Motor Company. We are looking for a candidate with high energy, drive, and a passion for the automotive industry. All wages are competitive and based on your skill level and experience. Responsibilities
- Deliver parts to and from other dealerships and consumers
- Communicate with vendors on parts and service ETA’s
- Check and verify parts received
- Assist with parts invoices using complete shop procedures the day orders arrive
- Scan all invoices and necessary documents into complete shop the day the orders arrive
- Fill technician parts requests
- Responsible for all vehicle sublet items (wheels, glass, bumpers, etc.)
- Review necessary supplement parts with tech
- Responsible for assisting with repair order documentation
- Responsible for keeping the parts office and parts shelves clean and organized at all times
- Assist Service Advisors and Technicians by utilizing Rapid Recon
- Keep stock of fluids and make sure they are charged out on repair orders accordingly
- Accountable for vendor discounts
- Accountable for appointing vendor shop
- Attend daily production meetings
- Available by cell phone or shop radio while working
Qualifications
- Ability to provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Must be able to satisfactorily complete a background check inclusive of drug screening
