Responsibilities
- Evaluate damaged vehicles and determine the necessary repairs required.
- Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for parts and labor.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair options and costs.
- Upsell additional services based on customer needs and vehicle condition.
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure accurate assessments of repairs.
- Maintain organized records of estimates and customer interactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, repair techniques, and estimating software.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in auto estimating or as a service technician is preferred.
- Excellent sales skills with the ability to upsell services effectively.
- Proven customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to transmit information clearly and effectively to both customers and team members.
- Familiarity with auto service management practices is a plus.
