What You will Do:
- Perform 200% inspections in Brake Assembly and Wheel Assembly, as required.
- Support containment activities with Quality Engineering group.
- Perform roaming inspections throughout manufacturing processes to support product verification.
- Assist Quality with corrective action analysis, PFMEA support.
- Inspect items before shipment. Determine airworthiness and acceptability to specifications.
- Participate in internal and external audits as required.
- Support in new programs throughout the company that could impact the FAA group
What You Will Bring:
- A Bachelor’s degree in the appropriate discipline with 2 years’ quality experience in a manufacturing environment
- OR Associate/2-year degree with 6 years quality experience
- OR in lieu of degree, 8 years quality experience
- Aerospace Quality Inspection or FAA Inspections experience preferred.
- Ability to read blueprints
