Overview
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and be proficient in managing office tasks efficiently. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations at the front desk while providing a welcoming atmosphere for all who enter.

Duties

• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional manner.
• Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
• Handle clerical tasks including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars for the pet resort
• Assist with administrative duties such as preparing documents and correspondence.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office management.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or in a similar clerical role.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Familiarity with office management procedures is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
