Key Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive respiratory care utilizing all respiratory therapy modalities.
Participate in on-call coverage, with 4 shifts required over a 6-week period.
Provide respiratory services across different units by floating between treatment areas.
Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Maintain equipment and adhere to safety protocols.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Valid Respiratory Therapist certification and licensure.
Proficiency in all respiratory therapy modalities.
Ability to adapt to floating between different patient care areas.
Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
Experience in acute care settings preferred.
