Schedule and Hours:
- Rotating or straight night shifts (7:30 PM 8:00 AM)
- Every other weekend or 6 weekends in a 6-week schedule
- Rotation options include 2-week or 6-week cycles
Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized nursing care to neonates requiring intensive care
- Monitor vital signs and adjust interventions as needed
- Collaborate with medical staff and family members to support newborn health
- Maintain accurate records and follow established protocols
- Utilize clinical judgment and NICU expertise to anticipate patient needs
