Vorst Custom Cabinets is seeking an experienced Stone Countertop Fabricator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone skilled in working with granite, quartz, quartzite, and marble who is comfortable operating both traditional fabrication tools and CNC/automated machinery. We are a small successful established shop looking for some to lead in this process with the real possibility for growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Fabricate, cut, polish, and finish stone countertops to exact specifications
  
  
• Operate CNC routers, bridge saws, and waterjet machines
  
  
• Read and interpret shop drawings, templates, and measurements
  
  
• Perform edging, sink cutouts, and surface finishing
  
  
• Ensure quality control on all completed pieces
  
  
• Assist with material handling, slab movement, and shop organization
  
  
• Follow all safety standards and maintain a clean working environment
  
  

Qualifications

• Required: 13+ years of experience fabricating stone countertops (granite, quartz, quartzite, marble)
  
  
• Experience operating CNC routers, saws, and/or waterjets
  
  
• Ability to create mitered drop edges and waterfalls
  
  
• Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand and power tools
  
  
• Ability to read and interpret measurements accurately
  
  
• Capable of lifting heavy materials and working on your feet
  
  
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and team-focused
  
  
• Installation experience a bonus
  
  

Compensation & Benefits

• $60,000$80,000 per year, based on experience and skill level
