Position Summary

The Co-Counsel Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day administration of all co-counsel referrals. This individual reports directly to the Intake Manager and performs duties under their direction.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

  • Track all out-of-state and co-counsel leads
  • Confirm fee split agreements
  • Follow up monthly on co-counsel cases
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between KNR and co-counsel representatives
  • Maintain and update the Litify Referral Network
  • Open matters in Litify for co-counsel cases for tracking purposes
  • Ensure matters are properly closed once fees have been collected
  • Maintain and update the co-counsel contact database
  • Support onboarding of new co-counsel firms
  • Assist with reporting and metrics tracking
  • Support the Signups Department by opening cases as needed
  • All other duties as assigned

Schedule:

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday. Occasional overtime may be required based on project or workload demands and must be approved in advance.

Requirements:

Required Skills / Abilities:

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Strong command of English grammar, punctuation, and spelling
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and exercise sound judgment
  • Strong attention to detail; highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload
  • Reliable, punctual attendance
  • Minimum typing speed of 45 WPM

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Prior experience in a professional or office setting required
  • Case management experience preferred

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Office environment with moderate temperatures
  • Occasionally required to lift up to 20 pounds
  • Occasional bending at the waist for filing or accessing stored items
  • Frequent exposure to computer screens and telephones
