We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Electrical Engineer to join our expanding team. This is a great opportunity for someone with 5–10 years of experience who’s ready to take the lead on projects with minimal supervision. While support and guidance from a licensed PE will be available, we’re seeking someone confident in managing their own workload and driving projects forward.
What You’ll Do
- Lead electrical design projects from initial concept through construction administration
- Design and coordinate electrical systems for diverse facilities, including educational, healthcare, industrial, and commercial buildings
- Collaborate with architects, mechanical and structural engineers, and clients to create integrated, cost-effective solutions
- Prepare and review electrical drawings, calculations, and specifications in line with applicable codes and standards
- Provide technical expertise in areas such as power distribution, lighting, emergency power, fire alarm, and low-voltage systems
- Attend client meetings, participate in design reviews, and conduct site visits as needed
- Offer mentorship and technical support to junior team members
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution
- 5–10 years of experience designing electrical systems for buildings
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects independently
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems in commercial and institutional settings
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SKM
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- PE license is a plus, but not required
- Ready to start immediately for the right candidate
