Job Title: Workers' Compensation Attorney (open to all levels of applicants)
Job Location: Columbus, OH (on site training, remote after training period)
Salary: $70K-$120K+ commensurate with level and experience
Requirements: JD, Worker's Comp, Admission to OH Bar

What You Will Be Doing

- Prepare legal reports and communicate with clients
- Conduct depositions, draft motions, discovery responses/demands, responses to Court Orders
- Appear in Court, handle arbitrations/mediations, trial preparation

What You Need for this Position

- JD from Accredited Law School
- Admission to Ohio Bar
- Experience handling worker's comp cases
