We’re currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee operations at a newly renovated affordable housing community in Cleveland, OH.
This is a strong opportunity for a LIHTC and Section 8 property professional to step into a leadership role with autonomy, impact, and long-term career potential. The community is undergoing major improvements and has institutional ownership backing its transformation, with a committed team onsite and a clear path to full lease-up.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of a 190+ unit affordable housing property

Oversee leasing, compliance, maintenance, and resident services functions

Assemble and review files for the compliance team to ensure accuracy and timeliness

Support the lease-up of approximately 40 vacant units post-renovation

Lead, mentor, and develop a dedicated onsite team
Qualifications
-
3+ years of experience managing LIHTC and Project-Based Section 8 properties

Experience assembling compliance files and working with regulatory agencies

Strong leadership and communication skills with a team-oriented mindset

Prior lease-up experience preferred

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with ongoing renovation activity

Earn up to $65,000 in total compensation (base salary plus bonus potential)
