ComResource is looking for a Storis System Administrator.

We need someone to assist in configuring, maintaining, and supporting the Storis ERP environment, integrations, and user administration to ensure reliable business operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Configure and maintain Storis ERP environment (on-prem or cloud).
  • Manage software updates, patches, backups, and performance tuning.
  • Maintain system parameters including security roles, workstation setups, and user preferences.
  • Create, modify, and deactivate users and roles with appropriate permissions and access controls.
  • Implement and monitor login audit trails and compliance protocols.
  • Act as Tier 2/3 support for system issues escalated from helpdesk or business users.
  • Troubleshoot hardware/peripheral issues (POS, printers, scanners).
  • Collaborate with Storis support for software bug resolution or critical failures.
  • Oversee integrations with eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Magento), payment systems (Shift4, Adyen), and accounting software (QuickBooks).
  • Configure or monitor webhooks, APIs, and middleware for automated workflows.
  • Manage custom report generation using Storis reporting tools and perform data validation, cleanup, and routine audits.
  • Ensure consistent item, pricing, vendor, and customer master data.
  • Participate in new module implementations, upgrades, or system migrations.
  • Test system changes in sandbox environments before production release.
  • Document configurations, SOPs, and workflows.

Essentials:

  • Experience configuring and administering Storis ERP (Admin dashboard, PCS, Inventory, Accounting config).
  • Windows Server administration, RDP, VPNs, patching, and backups.
  • Basic SQL knowledge for troubleshooting.
  • Experience with API/webhook configuration, EDI, and third-party platform integrations.
  • Reporting skills using Storis BI, Crystal Reports, and Excel.
  • Familiarity with support tools such as Zendesk/Jira for ticketing, and TeamViewer/Remote Desktop.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory (if applicable) and user access audits.
