Occasional support for Columbus, OH

Backfill role

100% onsite

Looking for Desktop Tech II skillset. Would also expect significant experience with WIN10 / O365 Outlook Support;

These skills are required along with OEM Vendor support for hardware and or software where there is a requirement.

Candidate must be willing to certify as necessary. This role will be onsite support role that may also require experience in remote online administration and may include support for users that are not onsite.

Desired skills

Troubleshooting skills HDWR/SFTWR.

Depot repair diagnostic skillset, Imaging, Network and connectivity

IMAC (Install Move Add Change) and Computer imaging. • AD Provisioning

Other required certs include a minimum of 1 of 4: Comptia A+ , Network + , Server+ or Security+

Mac hardware certs not required but we will accepted in leu of the others or in consideration for the position.

Position Expectations – This associate will be assuming a Desktop Tech II onsite support position.
