Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage technology-focused projects related to M& A activities, ensuring seamless integration into organizational frameworks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables, maintaining alignment with business objectives.
• Utilize tools such as Atlassian Jira to track project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions.
• Oversee budget planning and resource allocation to optimize project efficiency and results.
• Implement Agile Scrum methodologies to streamline workflows and enhance team collaboration.
• Coordinate change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions during project execution.
• Monitor and report on project performance, providing regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to address challenges and drive project success.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and industry best practices throughout project lifecycles.
• Leverage expertise in CRM, ERP, and cloud technologies to support project goals.• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in Technology Project Management, with a focus on M& A projects.
• Proficiency in tools such as Atlassian Jira and familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of CRM, ERP, and cloud technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
• Experience with Cisco technologies and change management processes.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Certification in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP or similar) is preferred.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within scope.
