What You’ll Do

Assist in preparing and serving meals to residents in accordance with dietary guidelines

Provide friendly, professional meal service that enhances the resident dining experience

Follow sanitation, safety, and food-handling procedures

Maintain cleanliness and organization in kitchen and dining areas

Work collaboratively with the dietary team to support daily operations

Help ensure mealtimes are comfortable and enjoyable for residents and their families
Qualifications

No certification required—training provided

Experience in food service, healthcare, or hospitality a plus but not required

Dependable, team-oriented, and resident-focused attitude

Strong communication and customer service skills
