Shift Options:
- Day Shift: 5×8 hours (10:30 AM – 7:30 PM)
OR - Mid Shift: 5×8 hours (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM)
Weekend rotation required.
Job Summary
The EEG Technologist will be responsible for performing high-quality neurodiagnostic testing in both routine and inpatient environments. This role involves accurate electrode application, diligent monitoring, and close collaboration with clinical teams to support neurological assessments and patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct EEG monitoring procedures in routine, acute, and inpatient settings.
- Apply EEG electrodes precisely and ensure optimal recording quality.
- Observe, monitor, and document patient activity while adhering to safety and procedural standards.
- Partner with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to facilitate accurate neurological evaluations.
- Maintain, clean, and troubleshoot EEG equipment and related systems.
Required Skills & Experience
- Registered EEG Technologist (R.EEG T.) credential required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an EEG Technologist.
- Availability to participate in weekend rotations.
- Strong understanding of EEG procedures, safety practices, and neurodiagnostic standards.
