We are seeking a Service Manager to lead our team! You will be responsible for many things in this role and most of all making our customers a #1 priority. We are a GM franchised dealership; Having GM dealership experience is highly recommended and encouraged. Please be prepared with references and previous employment verification. You must have 5 years franchised dealership experience to be considered in this role. We look forward to hearing from you soon.
Responsibilities:
All duties of a certified GM service manager, including working with GM factory reps on a weekly basis. The ability to be top 3 in the ZONE.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Qualifications:
- Must have previous experience in this role, and within a franchised dealership.
- Ability to build rapport with clients, staff
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Positive and professional demeanor, represent the dealership well.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Abilit to lift the department numbers within 60 days
- increase retention and gross profit
- work well with fellow employees and team members
