Degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1+ years MRI experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A clinical opportunity is available for an MRI Technologist to provide high-quality imaging services in a healthcare setting located in Loveland, OH. This contract position is ideal for professionals with strong experience in MRI imaging modalities who seek to contribute their expertise in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform MRI scans accurately and efficiently following established protocols.
- Operate and maintain MRI equipment while ensuring patient safety.
- Administer contrast as necessary, including venipuncture or IV initiation for contrast delivery.
- Conduct specialty procedures such as trauma scans, biopsies, vascular ultrasound, MRS, and cardiac MRI/CT where applicable.
- Work with diverse patient populations including trauma, stroke, inpatient, outpatient, OR, ICU, ED, pediatrics, and NICU.
- Collaborate closely with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Certification(s) required: ARRT, ARDMS, RVT, NMTCB, ARRT(M), ARRT(CT/MR), BLS, ACLS.
- Demonstrated proficiency with MRI equipment from leading brands such as Siemens, GE, Philips, Toshiba, Canon, or Hologic.
- Experience with contrast administration including venipuncture and IV start.
- Ability to handle a variety of specialty imaging procedures.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
