Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing the design Engineering team
- Will be hands on in design 50% of the time and delegate work to the team the other 50% of the time
- Will facilitate project hand offs with sales and oversee design reviews, stage-gates and release milestones
Key Requirements:
- Will coach and develop the team
- 3+ years design leadership experience in equipment/machinery
- 3D CAD experience
