In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for managing front desk operations, handling inquiries, and providing exceptional service to ensure that our clients feel welcome and valued.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Manage the front desk operations, including checking guests in and out of the facility.
- Maintain an organized and tidy front desk area.
- Handle guest complaints and concerns in a calm and effective manner.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications preferred.
- Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in using office equipment and computer software applications.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
