Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Commercial Rolling & Sectional Door Installation Technician who doesn’t mind working with their hands, working at heights, and getting the job done right. You’ll Install and service rolling and sectional doors, dock equipment, and operators that keep businesses running. If you like solving problems, working with tools, and taking pride in what you build, keep reading. What You’ll Do (aka Your Day-to-day)

  • Install and service commercial doors, operators, and dock gear like a pro
  • Double-check site conditions to make sure everything’s safe and ready
  • Talk with superintendents, managers, or building owners, no guesswork here
  • Handle some light framing or adjustments when needed
  • Keep your truck stocked and tools ready to roll
  • Read blueprints, diagrams, and tape measures like a boss
  • Take safety seriously; toolbox talks are part of the gig
  • Keep the team updated on progress, issues, or when something’s in your way

What We’re Looking For

  • 2 year of installation, service, or construction experience
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean record (e.g., no DUIs or major violations; meets insurability standards such as 3-star or Tier 1 driving status)
  • Can lift up to 100 lbs and work at heights
  • Comfortable working outside in the elements
  • Know your way around a tape measure and some basic math
  • Can pass a drug screen and background check
  • Willing to learn and grow with a team that’s got your back
