Essential Functions:
- Tactfully enforces gym operating policies and procedures.
- Maintains a positive environment for members and guests.
- Provides service and assistance to members and guests.
- Ensure on-going cleanliness of designated area and equipment.
- Responsible for ensuring program quality and safety. Inspects equipment for safety hazards, damage or wear.
- Remains visible to participants when on duty.
- Communicates to direct supervisor any concerns or incidents that may need follow-up
- Creates an atmosphere that is based on fair play and incorporates it in a manner that is both demonstrative and professional.
- Communicates to direct supervisor any suggested improvements, concerns, needed repairs, or incidents that may need follow-up.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Six or more months of related experience in the area of responsibility.
