Ignite Industrial Professionals is hiring a Trainer for our Client in the Lockbourne area. This is a Temp to Hire Position.

Weekends:

• Hours : 12pm - 1230a
• Days: Friday–Sunday
• Starting Pay: $27

About the Role

Ignite Industrial Professionals is looking for a motivated Trainer to deliver engaging, hands-on training programs for new and existing employees. Under the direction of the Training & Performance Manager, you’ll help team members master our operating systems, tools, and processes — ensuring everyone has the skills and confidence to perform at their best.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct in-person training sessions for new hires on company systems and procedures.
• Assess trainee proficiency through hands-on practice and follow-up evaluations.
• Deliver refresher and system enhancement training to current employees.
• Train employees on Power BI usage and how it connects to operational KPIs and daily workflows.
• Update and maintain training materials, session aids, and agendas.
• Collaborate with Operations, Compliance, HR, and Technology teams to ensure training alignment.
• Track attendance, participation, and progress in the learning management system.
• Provide feedback to the Training & Performance Manager to improve training effectiveness.

What You Bring

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to create an engaging learning environment.
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Power BI.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Adaptable and eager to continuously improve training methods.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in training, coaching, or employee development preferred.
• Comfortable facilitating in-person sessions and traveling to training sites as needed.
• Ability to stand, present, and demonstrate systems for extended periods.
