We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Receptionist / Office Assistant to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with computers, organized, and able to learn tasks quickly.
✨ Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and greet clients professionally
- Manage emails, schedule appointments, and maintain office communication
- Upload property photos and information to MLS
- Assist with preparing documents, listings, and basic office paperwork
- Keep digital files organized and up-to-date
- Perform general receptionist duties as needed
Requirements:
- Strong computer skills (email, basic editing, file organizing, etc.)
- Ability to upload listings/photos to MLS (training can be provided if needed)
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, organized, and able to multitask
- Prior real estate or office experience is a plus but not required
