We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Receptionist / Office Assistant to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with computers, organized, and able to learn tasks quickly.


✨ Responsibilities:


  • Answer phone calls and greet clients professionally
  • Manage emails, schedule appointments, and maintain office communication
  • Upload property photos and information to MLS
  • Assist with preparing documents, listings, and basic office paperwork
  • Keep digital files organized and up-to-date
  • Perform general receptionist duties as needed



Requirements:


  • Strong computer skills (email, basic editing, file organizing, etc.)
  • Ability to upload listings/photos to MLS (training can be provided if needed)
  • Professional communication and customer service skills
  • Reliable, organized, and able to multitask
  • Prior real estate or office experience is a plus but not required
