Hey there! Are you someone who loves making things run smoother, faster, and more efficiently? Do you get a thrill out of eliminating waste, improving processes, and helping teams work smarter—not harder? If so, we need you as our Lean Manufacturing Leader!
What You’ll Be Doing:
Think of yourself as the driving force behind making our manufacturing operations top-notch. You’ll be leading continuous improvement efforts, running Kaizen events, and helping teams spot and eliminate inefficiencies. You’ll be the go-to person for all things Lean—whether it’s 5S, Six Sigma, value stream mapping, or Just-In-Time (JIT).
Here’s what your days might look like:
- Leading Lean transformation projects that boost productivity and cut costs.
- Training and mentoring teams so they can apply Lean principles in their daily work.
- Working with production, engineering, and quality teams to standardize processes and make sure we’re always improving.
- Diving into data and KPIs to find areas where we can do better.
- Partnering with leadership to create a culture where continuous improvement is the norm—not the exception.
What We’re Looking For:
- You’ve got at least 5 years of experience in Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or something similar.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or a related field (bonus points if you have a Master’s!).
- A Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt—or you’re on your way to getting one.
- Experience leading Kaizen events and cross-functional projects.
- You’re great at spotting inefficiencies and know how to use Lean tools to fix them.
- You know how to motivate teams and influence change across all levels of an organization.
- You love digging into data and process improvement tools to make smart decisions.
Why You’ll Love It Here:
- You’ll have the chance to make a real impact on how we operate.
- We believe in a collaborative, forward-thinking culture—your ideas will be heard.
- Competitive pay, great benefits, and room to grow!
