Our client is a leading provider of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) design and commissioning services for a diverse range of facilities, including hospitals, universities, government buildings, corporate offices, manufacturing plants, and sports complexes.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize AutoCAD and Revit to develop precise technical drawings and plumbing system layouts.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure seamless integration of plumbing systems into overall building designs.
- Prepare and review specifications, calculations, and documentation related to pipe sizing, flow rates, and pressure drops.
- Ensure all designs meet applicable plumbing codes and regulatory standards at the local, state, and federal levels.
- Conduct site visits to evaluate existing infrastructure and collect data for new installations.
- Identify and resolve design challenges during both planning and implementation phases.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in plumbing design and consulting within MEP environments.
