We are currently hiring for Repossession Agent to join our elite vehicle recovery team in Cincinnati, Ohio. In this role, you will handle the recovery and repossession of vehicles including cars, trucks, motorcycles, boats, ATVs, RVs, and more. You will be working in Cincinnati and surrounding areas, including Blue Ash, Montgomery, Reading, Middletown, Springdale and Fairfield. Candidates should possess solid computer & tech skills, have a good understanding of Cincinnati's geography and surrounding areas, and demonstrate a commitment to safe, responsible, and professional driving.
Success in this role comes from individuals who are money-motivated, energetic, and confident, with excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate has a strong, outgoing personality and can engage with people respectfully while clearly explaining Ohio’s self-help repossession laws in a calm and non-confrontational manner.
This role places you at the center of a highly respected and goal-driven team. As a repossession agent, you’ll work side by side with some of the best in the industry, including skip tracers and field agents, in an environment built on teamwork, communication, and support. Here, no one works alone—every member contributes to achieving successful recoveries.

Our full-time agents are currently averaging over $1,000 per week in commission! We have work! We are looking for self-driven, MONEY motivated candidates!

Bonus Skills
- Tow truck driving experience (preferably a self-loader or auto-loader)
- Repossession and Vehicle Recovery Agent Experience
- (RDN) Recovery Database Network Knowledge
- ClearPlan knowledge
- Experience operating tow trucks or other recovery equipment
- Experience using License Plate Recognition (LPR) and skip tracing tools
- Ability to engage respectfully with vehicle owners while following Ohio repossession laws

Requirements:
ALL applicants must meet EVERY requirement listed below to be considered for this position.
- Minimum of one year of experience operating a tow truck is required.
- Valid Ohio Driver’s License with clean driving record.
- 23 years of age or older (insurance requirement).
- Applicants must pass an F.B.I. background check.
- Pass pre-employment drug screening.
- High School Diploma or GED.
