We are seeking an Associate Trial Attorney to become a part of our team! This is a unique position where the candidate can learn to be a Plaintiff’s personal injury attorney from Attorneys with over 100 years of experience in Plaintiff’s personal injury law. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients
- Conducting depositions, discovery and trials
- Negotiate settlements for personal injury cases.
- Assist partners with legal matters
- Independently handling your own case load with the guidance of the partners.
Qualifications:
- Admitted to practice law in the State of Ohio
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
