Now Hiring: 2nd Shift Fabrication Team Members (4-Day Work Week!)
Looking for a schedule that gives you a 3-day weekend every week? Join our team and work Monday through Thursday, 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM, with Fridays off.
Midlake Products is a growing metal fabrication company seeking dependable employees to support our production team by installing PEM fasteners into fabricated parts using a pem-setting machine.
What You'll Do:

Operate a pem-setting machine to press PEMs and other hardware into metal components

Follow work instructions and part drawings to ensure correct hardware placement

Inspect parts to verify accuracy and quality standards are met

Handle materials and finished parts safely and efficiently

Work as part of a team to keep production moving on schedule
What We're Looking For:

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with manufacturing equipment

Ability to stand, lift, and work in a production environment

Reliability and a positive attitude-this role is critical to our workflow

Prior fabrication or assembly experience is helpful, but we will train the right candidate
