Job Title: Part-Time Construction Superintendent
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Type: Temporary, Part-Time (with potential for future opportunities)
PAY: $24 - 27/hr. Based on Experience

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Construction Superintendent to oversee evening site activities. This position is not labor-intensive but requires strong organizational and leadership skills. The Superintendent will ensure that general laborers have properly cleaned and secured the job site, that all tools and equipment are put away correctly, and that the site is safely locked at the end of each workday.
Responsibilities:

Supervise evening job site activities to ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper shutdown.

Verify that laborers have completed cleanup tasks thoroughly and efficiently.

Ensure all equipment, tools, and materials are properly stored and secured.

Conduct a final walk-through of the site to confirm safety and security measures are met.

Lock and secure the job site at the end of the shift.

Communicate effectively with management regarding site status and any issues that arise.

Maintain a professional presence while reinforcing company standards for safety and cleanliness.
Qualifications:

Prior experience in construction supervision, site management, or a related role preferred.

Strong attention to detail and ability to recognize safety or security concerns.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Dependable and punctual with the ability to work independently.

Knowledge of basic construction safety protocols.
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
Additional Information:
While this is a temporary, part-time position, the client is open to offering future opportunities on other projects once this assignment is completed.
