A respected care organization in Canal Fulton is urgently hiring compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with developmental disabilities. This is a direct hire position offering stable hours, excellent benefits, and the opportunity to positively impact lives every day.
SHIFTS: 2nd (2p-10:30p) and 3rd (10p-8a)
PAY: $17/hr. + shift differentials
MUST: Have a valid Driver's License
What You’ll Do:

Provide daily support and care to individuals with developmental disabilities

Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and hygiene needs
-
Help with meal preparation, feeding, and medication reminders
-
Offer companionship, encouragement, and community involvement opportunities
-
Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive living environment
-
Document care and report any changes in condition to supervisors

A caring, patient, and reliable individual who truly wants to help others

Previous DSP or caregiving experience preferred (but willing to train the right person)

Must be comfortable assisting with personal care and daily living needs

Ability to pass background checks and meet training requirements

Dependability and strong work ethic – attendance is key!
