Akkodis is seeking an AI Solutions Analystfor a full-time direct hire opportunity in the Canton, OH area that is remote with 1-2 trips a month into the Canton area. Qualified candidates will have 2+ years in a related Analyst or Project Management role along with 1+ years within AI solutions. The AI Solutions Analyst is responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and AI solutions for clients.
Salary Range: $100-120K; salary negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors

AI Solutions Analystjob responsibilities include:
· Analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for AI-driven improvement, evaluating tools and technologies, and supporting the design, implementation, and adoption of AI solutions.
· Manage client AI projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
· Collaborate with data analysts, architects, developers, and UX designers to align solution designs with user and system requirements.
· Collaborate with new and existing clients to identify relevant use cases for AI solutions.
· Translate high-level business objectives into technical requirements.
· Partner with Engineering and Development teams to build and deploy AI solutions.
· Identify, design, and support the implementation of AI-driven solutions that optimize operations, enhance decision-making, and drive innovation.
· Support the design of agentic AI solutions that balance automation, human-in-the-loop interaction, and explainability.
· Contribute to internal knowledge base on best practices for AI solution delivery.
· Create workflow diagrams, wireframes, and low-fidelity prototypes to communicate AI solution concepts.
· Research and evaluate current technologies such as agent orchestration tools (e.g., Azure AI Studio, Logic Apps, Semantic Kernel) and data pipelines.
· Ensure that AI implementations adhere to ethical guidelines and regulatory standards, addressing issues like data privacy and algorithmic bias.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· 2+ years of experience in related Analyst or Project Management roles
· 1+ years of experience in developing AI use cases and documenting workflows
· Familiarity Machine Learning and AI modeling
· Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (Azure, AWS, and their AI services)
· Foundation in data science cornerstones, such as analysis, SQL, or data visualization
· Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
· Ability to analyze complex problems and devise effective AI solutions
· Openness to learning new technologies and adapting to the rapidly evolving AI landscape
