Job Title: Registered Architect – Public Sector Focus
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Ohio (In-person)
Salary: $100,000 – $120,000 per year (based on experience)
Position Overview:
A full-time opportunity is available for a Registered Architect (RA) with a minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design, including projects for public entities. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who is well-versed in Ohio codes and design processes, with strong technical and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead design and documentation for public sector projects.

Prepare construction drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office tools.

Perform QA/QC reviews to ensure design quality and constructability.

Ensure compliance with State of Ohio design guidelines and current Ohio Building Codes.

Collaborate with engineers, consultants, clients, and internal teams.

Support or lead construction administration efforts as needed.
Required Qualifications:

Registered Architect (RA) licensed in Ohio.

Minimum 5 years of architectural design experience.

Proven experience with public sector projects.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office applications.

Strong understanding of constructability and current building codes.
