WANTED: A Level or Master Automotive Technician
Milford, OH
Hours:
Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Weekends are for hobbies, not work!)
Pay you Ask? $30.00 - $50.00 Hourly (Depending on Experience)
About the Opportunity
A high-performing, tight-knit auto repair shop in Loveland is on the hunt for a true MASTER of their craft. They're not just any shop — NAPA Gold Certified, AAA Approved, ASE Blue Seal, and proud of it! With strong roots in the community and a serious reputation for excellence, this team is looking for an A-Level Technician (think: seasoned pro, quality obsessed, maybe even foreman material) to jump in and turn wrenches with skill and pride.
If fixing cars and making customers smile is your jam, this is your shop.
What They're Looking For
-
Experience: 5+ years busting bolts and solving mysteries under the hood.
-
Skills: Drivability and electrical diagnostic skills are required!
-
Certifications: ASE preferred (they'll even reimburse you when you pass!), but it's not a deal-breaker.
-
Mindset: Quality-driven, coachable (they work with the Elite Coaching Group), and ready to turn 30-40+ hours a week with pride.
-
Pay: Flexibility is key — hourly or flat rate with guarantees. ($30–$50 based on skills you bring to the table).
Perks, Benefits, and Cool Stuff
-
Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance
-
Paid Time Off
-
Paid Holidays
-
Retirement: 401K with a 4% match — planning ahead is cool.
-
Training and Certifications: Paid training through NAPA Auto Tech and WorldPac. ASE reimbursements, too!
-
Life Insurance and Disability Coverage Offered
-
Uniforms
-
Employee Discounts: Killer savings on towing, parts, and labor.
Why You'll Love It Here
Because this isn't just another repair shop. It's a place where technicians are respected, skills are sharpened, and great work is rewarded. They're all about providing top-tier service while keeping it real and having a little fun along the way.
Ready to join a shop that's serious about cars and cool about everything else? Milford is calling.
