This role will focus on updating and maintaining assembly prints, creating clear assembly and product-use instructions, and leading continuous improvement initiatives across production. The Industrial Engineer will collaborate closely with engineering and production teams to ensure our processes are efficient, accurate, and aligned with our high standards of quality.This position is based in West Alexandria, Ohio and requires that all employees are onsite and within a reasonable commuting distance. Please note relocation assistance is not available for this role.Key ResponsibilitiesUpdate and maintain assembly prints and documentation to ensure accuracy and clarity.Develop and improve assembly instructions and instructions for product use to support production and customer success.Partner with shop floor and production teams to train, troubleshoot, and gather feedback for ongoing process improvement.Lead or support Lean/continuous improvement initiatives to drive efficiency, quality, and cost savings.Utilize SolidWorks and MRP systems to manage product and process documentation.Establish and maintain standards for process documentation to align with company values.Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and quality teams to ensure smooth transitions from design to production.Skills & Experience3 to 5 years of experience in an Industrial Engineering or closely related role.Proficiency in SolidWorks for drawing and print updates.Experience working with MRP/ERP systems to manage process data and documentation.Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Practical knowledge of Lean manufacturing methodologies and process improvement techniques.Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and interact with production personnel.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Cultural AlignmentWe are looking for someone who embodies our values:Accountability Acknowledge Opportunity, Own Resolution, Achieve ResultsCommunication Listen Intently, Speak Respectfully, Collaborate EffectivelyExcellence Align Passion, Engage Imagination, Drive ImprovementStandards Compliance, Quality, SafetyGrowth & DevelopmentAt Rexarc, we believe in Developing People to Win in Business and Life.
