Job Title: Food Safety Quality Associate Coordinator

Location: 6571 OH-503, Lewisburg, OH 45338

Duration: 6 Months

Schedule: Monday through Friday 7:30-4:00 PM with potential for overtime not gauranteed with some flexiblity.

Must be able to work onsite 100%

Job Description:

• The Food Safety Quality Associate Coordinator will assist in ensuring internal collaboration and connectivity for all policies, standards, and trainings. You will partner with contacts to assist with compliance and customer specification issues.
• May perform inspection of finished or in-process goods, analyzes data, and identifies trends in defects or errors. Help conducts root cause analysis for defects, non-conformities, or other quality failures.
• Assist with coordination of Food Safety Quality and Regulatory functions including continuous improvement processes, compliance to audits, and assisting with customer specifications and quality issues.
• Helps ensure Food Safety training and new procedure implementation are executed and completed timely and accurately.
• Assist with Related training development and scheduling.
• Helps plan, coordinate and direct all regulatory compliance, laboratory, food/feed safety, and quality programs within the location to ensure compliance with customer, supplier, and government requirements and expectations.
• Handle basic issues under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

Brief Job description:

• Approve final production and assurance of compliance to customer specifications. Assist in customer audits, initiatives and follow-ups. Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

Must complete background check only.

In-person interviews will be conducted.
