Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) Certification and minimum 2+ years Surgical Tech / Operating Room Tech experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Support critical cardiac, vascular, and thoracic services with a dynamic role in a busy healthcare setting. This contract position offers a unique opportunity to provide essential nursing care on-call every third week while contributing to daily staffing across various service lines during off-call periods. The schedule includes a mix of longer and standard day shifts, allowing for both consistency and variety in your work hours.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide expert nursing support for cardiac, vascular, and thoracic call every third week, covering from Monday to Monday.
- Deliver high-quality patient care during scheduled shifts, including two 0700-1930 and two 0700-1530 shifts weekly.
- Support daily staffing needs by assisting across various service lines when on call service is not required.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of care activities.
Qualifications and Desired Experience
- Proven experience in nursing, particularly in operating room technologies or related specialties.
- Ability to adapt quickly to diverse clinical environments and patient needs.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Current nursing license valid in Ohio.
