We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to provide emergency and unscheduled repairs during production, as well as perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities. The successful candidate will follow a strict preventive maintenance schedule and carry out basic facility maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs and providing general office support. The role involves reading and interpreting equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service, diagnosing problems, replacing or repairing parts, testing, and making necessary adjustments. The technician will use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment to perform duties, while ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and maintaining clean and orderly work areas.
Responsibilities
- Provide emergency and unscheduled repairs during production.
- Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities.
- Follow a strict preventive maintenance schedule.
- Conduct basic facility maintenance such as changing light bulbs and providing general office support.
- Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders.
- Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test, and make necessary adjustments.
- Use hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment.
- Detect faulty or unsafe operations and report them to supervision.
- Comply with and facilitate enforcement of all safety regulations.
- Maintain clean and orderly work areas.
- Manage and record work using a computerized PM and Work Request System.
Essential Skills
- Electrical troubleshooting up to 480-volt, 3-phase.
- Mechanical troubleshooting of pneumatics and hydraulics.
- Proficiency in using a multimeter.
- Ability to read schematics and blueprints.
- PLC troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to use hand and electrical tools.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols such as Lock Out/Tag Out, Confined Space, SDS, and OSHA regulations.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing equipment utilizing hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC systems.
- Ability to read technical manuals and drawings.
- Proficiency in operating man lifts and lift trucks.

Work Environment
The work environment is clean, organized, mild in temperature, and well-lit. Employees can enjoy a quiet atmosphere and listen to headphones (one earbud) during work hours. The facility requires casual dress and gym shoes, along with protective eyewear. There are openings available for 1st shift (5am-1pm), 2nd shift (1pm-9pm), and 3rd shift (9pm-5am).
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
