About the Role:
We are seeking a Plumbing, Electrical, Hardware Clerk to join our team at Farm & Home Hardware in Ashland, OH. This role will involve assisting customers with their plumbing, electrical, and hardware needs, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in finding and purchasing plumbing, electrical, and hardware products
• Provide product recommendations and advice based on customer needs
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Receive and stock inventory as needed

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a retail or hardware store environment
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and hardware products and terminology
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects
• High school diploma or equivalent
