CLUB HOUSE ATTENDANT
Key Responsibilities:
Greet members and guests warmly upon arrival.
Assist members and guests with inquiries, providing information about facilities, services, and amenities.
Ensure all inquiries and requests are handled promptly and professionally.
Communicate any issues or concerns to management promptly and proactively.
Maintain and distribute fobs for clubhouse access.
Maintain tidiness throughout the clubhouse, including lounges, dining areas, restrooms, and other common areas.
Monitor and replenish supplies as needed.
Perform weekly inspections to identify any maintenance issues and report them to the Community Association Manager.
Assist in setting up and breaking down event spaces as needed, including arranging furniture, setting tables, and ensuring proper equipment is in place.
Monitor clubhouse premises to ensure the safety and security of members, guests, and property.
Respond promptly to any emergencies or incidents, following established procedures.
During the summer months when the pool is open, the clubhouse attendant will have pool attendant responsibilities.
Pool Attendant Responsibilities:
Conduct regular patrols of the pool area to ensure compliance with safety regulations and club policies.
Monitor pool activity to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for members and guests.
Enforce pool rules and regulations, such as no diving, no running, and proper use of pool equipment. Politely remind members and guests of rules and regulations as needed.
Provide assistance and information to pool users, such as locating pool equipment or answering questions about pool amenities.
Assist with setting up and arranging poolside furniture and amenities.
Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the pool area, including removing debris, organizing poolside furniture, and tidying up surrounding areas.
Report any incidents, accidents, or maintenance issues to the appropriate supervisor or department.
Communicate effectively with other staff members to ensure coordinated efforts in maintaining pool safety and cleanliness.
Note: Please be aware that Pool Attendants are not lifeguards and do not have the authority to perform rescues or provide medical assistance. Their primary role is to maintain a safe and pleasant environment around the pool area, assist with member needs, and ensure compliance with pool rules and regulations.
Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization

Completes all tasks assigned by supervisor.

Performs other duties as assigned.
